Although Singapore has several localised Japanese restaurant , Sushi Teh is always my first choice to dine in , not for 100% authentic Japanese food, but for crave of tasty fusion sushi. In fact Sushi Teh has came out with several unique sushi that attracted and retained loyal customer like me. Rainbow sushi - give us a tropical taste with slices of mango that is so refreshing and light. Dragon Sushu - robust taste of eel with Avocado .

Raku @ HV
We wanted to have our sushi at Sushi Teh intially, but we were too late for the last order. Our craving for Sushi did not stop, our eyeball shifted to a Japanese behind Sushi Teh - Raku. I have heard several nagative reviews on the outlet, but then, I have never experienced it. So ! Lets give a try.
We ordered Spider Maki, California Maki, Japanese Clam, Eel maki. Althought the price is at the high side, the presentation, quality and quanity of the food does not match the price. In short .. overpriced. I didnt feel surprised at all, overall standard is the same as Sushi Teh which charge much lesser. A cup of Ocha costs $4 . For the price charged, I would rather spend at Keyaki @ Pan Pacific that guarantee excellent Sushi.

Seoul Yummy

There are few new eatries opened at Sq 2, recommened by Pearl, we gave a try at this Korean restaurant. It is a simple and modern designed improvished korean restaurant to suit local palate.
Bimbimbap is one of my favourable korean dishes, as the main ingredients are vegetable thus made it light and refreshing. A simple & easy to prepare dish.

Boss
I wasn't allowed to take any picture in this Hong Kong restaurant, which did puzzle me that I paid for it, what so secretive about the restaurant. Frankly, the price on the menu belong to more up-market, which I dun find it worth to pay for the quality of food . The only reason for me to patronise this restaurant is their most famous signature bun, custard bun. I have to admit that this is the best custard bun I had ever tried before, the orangy & tasty juice splashed out from the first bite ...

Tampopo @ Liang Court

When you arrive at Liang Court, do not be surprised by the Q outside the restaurant, Tampopo is relatively famous deep fried quality Japan black pig, the immediate first bite tells you it is q quality pork, no piggy smell, very soft, juicy .... although it is an deep fried dish, it wont made you feel greasy at all.
Next item, I would to introduce is the silky toufu, a very refreshing that gave a very strong taste of soya bean , another plus point is the texture is so unique that you would like to have more.
