I simply love MOF food that I patronised the outlet again.

Stone Rice, u are able to smell the fragrance of rice and unagi .

Shabu Shabu
sliced fresh and tender beer.

One of the limited hot dessert, Rice cake with miso. Deem fit to blend together. Tasted Heavely. Surprise founding that miso went perfect with the miso. The Rice cake melted in your mouth buy yet chewy.

My favorite ; Avacodo Salad. A simple dish that had created the wonderful taste through the salad sauce.

The Dark Knight

The Dark Knight characters based on a popular comic Batman, a super hero that saved the earth. The title of show indeed fit perfectly The Dark Knight, one of the main characters, the villain joker played by Hedger had passed away before the shown screened. The formidable hero battle with Joker strategically, left with no choice when facing imminent death of loved one & the ugly truth of kindness . The make up was flawless especially the Mayor look of being severe burnt, it does look disgusting yet amazing. I will advise not to have high expectation to see more advance gadgets, technology. As it is a comic adaptation movie, you may find scenario illogical Nevertheless, this could be a right choice for an enjoyable and entertaining movie.

Tetsu Restarant

TETSU is the first in Singapore to offer Tempura and Tonkatsu menu under one roof and to present Tempura & Tonkatsu in Kushi style (on skewer).I had been tantalised by the food visual of this restaurant feature in several magazine, on the pretext of giving my sister birthday treat, I had a taste of the food. From the design of the entire resturant revealed to you that it is an upmarket Japanese Restaurant. Tonight, it was truely a great and statisfied gastronomic experience, it satisfied my palate and vision. All dishes were nicely presented with garnishes. My damage was $106 for 2 persons.

SALAD

Although, they are raw vegetables but the sauces created the magic taste.

Appetiser

SAKE
Not a sake connoisseur, not good in appreciating sake but this sake made me slurped.

ONSENTAMAGO TO TOFU SALAD
Chef recommendation ! It's a compliementary dish for Citibank credit card holders.

Green leaves mixed with cold tofu , the cold tofu is firm and provide a nice texture that comes with natural seasoning - half boiled egg. It certainly taste the chef skills to control the temperature of the water and egg.

Light and refresing dish.

Grilled catch of the day.
Fresh and sweet.

INANIWA HOT UDON
Couldn't find words to describle it. The udon is unique that gave an aroma of unique nice fragrance. For the palate , it is chewy yet smooth literally you could suck it into your mouth .

KANI-SUKI
Crab Sukiyaki . Hokkaido crab meat tasted superb sweet.

KUSHI Menu
• Beef Fillet • Pork Fillet • Shrimp • Scallop • Salmon • Vegetables (Zucchini & Green Pepper)
Usually, the meat will be very dried after deep frying in hot oil. It's miracle that the chef managed to make its crispy, cruncy and yet meat remain juicy.

STEAM FISH CAKE
I find it should be grill fish cake, absolutely taste different with our local fish cake. Not fishy but chewy. Perfect combination with Sake .

COCUNUT JELLY WITH FRESH MILK
A fantastic dessert to complete our meal.

Chang BBQ Restaurant

2nd visit to this authentic korean restaurant which gave you modern touch. The restaurant interior is huge, airy, spacious & be surprised by their air-flowned furniture from korea. The restaurant received flooded positive reviews from local korea community that showed the authenticity of their food. Even my godbrother who is a korean also enjoyed the food here.

I had dined at Loy Sum Juan Restaurant @ Tiong Bahru Plaza, and found the food was good and price was very reasonable few years ago. Recently, it was featured in Channel 8 food programme "Dialect Delight" , as such it reminded me the exist of the restaurant thatme drooled and craved to eat here again. Sad to reveal that my gastronomic experience tonight was far below average. We had Custard Prawn at $12 for 5 small to middle size shrimps, Coffee spare ribs at $10 for 6 pathetic spar ribs which barely had any meat that meant for soup. Beancurb spinach at $10 for spinach with mushroom and 4 slices of deep fried tou fu. The shrimps and ribs were coated with oil, greasy, overcooked ribs coated by honey taste bitter. The prices are pricey for the portion and food quality .With this standard and quality , I find Ch 8 dubious to recommend this restaurant in the programme. I am afraid this restaurant is in my blacklisted list henceforth.

Cafe Pralet

I had introduced Cafe Pralet previously. I ordered their signature cheese cake for Connie birthday. The cake is creamy, robust, moist, soft and melt in you mouth.

For non cheese lover, no worries , you have wide varities of choices.
