Imperial Treasure @ Ion

I enjoy having Hi - Tea at Imperial Treasure which usually they serve hi - tea menu between 2.30 - 5.30 pm, set tea menu priced ranging from $5 - $13.50 depending on no of items and type of food. I offen order $7.00 set that come with noodles serve with deep fried spare ribs, 2 pcs of Dim-Sum and a cup of HK milk tea. The noodles infact is the common instant noodle that we could get it from supermarket, however, the soup base is tasty and without any msg, the cook knows the tactic to cook the noodle very well, not soggy but springy.

Finally, I had a chance to taste the world famous pork chop bun at Macau. When we arrived at the eatery, there was a very long queue queuing for the pork chop bun, although the queue was very long almost 50 people ahead of me, less than 20 mins was my turn to order, in fact I find is their system and staff efficiency that cut down my queuing times.

Lets talk about the famous bun, the meat is humongous, the bun is soft (i believe is home made by themself), the pork chop is well marinated , tender & juicy. Thumb up !
