Sin Ho Sin Restaurant

Sin Ho Sin Restaurant has growth from a stall in a coffee shop to now 3 storey outlets situated at entrance of Tiong Bahru Road. We ordered Yu-Sheng, Signature braised pork belly, crispy chicken, fried veggie and mee suan.

Basing on a coffee shappy enviroment, the dishes charged are at the pricey side, moreover, the portion served wasn't a lot to make it worth.

As for the taste, my palate didnt has much expection at this restaurant, could only rate it average, is not a must try outlet.

Two Chefs Eating Place

MY PC was down few weeks, I had missed weeks to share my CNY gourmet experiences.

This year, we changed our venue for reunion dinner to Two Chefs Eating Place. Although I made 3 weeks advance reservation, only managed to reserve for 9 pm slot. Luckily, we made the right deicsion to have our dinner at 9 pm , my family and myself were still very full when we reached at the eatery, we had our lunch at 3 pm, and begun eating continously will 6 pm. Our tummmies filled with CNY food....

We had more than 8 auspicious dishes at the eatery, depsite the crowd, the waiting time not too long, service was prompt, food served hot, and the price came out to be surpisingly pocket friendly during CNY eve. Total Bill: $168 for 7 paxs
Sharkfins With Scallops & Crabmeat
Gave generous portion of chunks of sharkfins
VegetableW dried Scallop, Mushroom
Veggie was not over-cooked.
Fried Prawn served w Mayonnaise
Thumbed up for this, tested the skill of the chef that the shrimps were hot inside , yet the mayonnaise sauce melted and blended with the shrimps at right temperature.

Boss @ Vivo City

Boss @ Vivo city gives your a very cosy feeling the moment you stepped into the restaurant. Their service is excellent that they literally attached one server to each table, but that came with a price. Be prepare to pay more here, the minimum charges for a plate of Tim Sum starting from $4 . My return to the restaurant mainly attracted by the Signature Custard Bun. The bun filled with golden and yet juicy custard mixed with salted egg yolk, the filling flowed out the bun when tearing the bun . $6 for 3 small custard Buns.
Famous custard bun.... one bit could made golden juice splashing out.
