I had heard too many wonderful reviews of this fine dining Chinese fusion restaurant. Taste Paradise owns by Paradise group Singapore which has a total of 3 outlets in Singapore name differently. They served the food in small portion but presented it artistically, nicely place the food with garnishing. You will have doubt that you are dining in a Chinese restaurant, but western restaurant instead. I always believe food is an art, not purely to fill up your stomach, but satisfy your palate, colourful your visual, reward your stomach, relax my sense. Taste Paradise fulfilled all four requirements. Their services were excellent, sincere, plate cleared on time, food served systematically, tea cup forever filled with water……

The wasabi prawn was excellent , frankly I dislike wasabi however this change my perception on wasabi. The well prawn coated with wasabi sauce tasted divine. Pork Ribs at the right proportion mixed of fat and meat, moist and well seasoned. Soup was very speciall – a kind of fruits (which I really dun know wat the English name as the manager recommended in mandarin) boiled with pork loin, damn refreshing, light , u could find a drop of oil at all. Mee Suan taste good too. We completed our with dessert – surprised Seasame paste with ice – cream . Seasame paste was very smooth, and went perfectly well with ice cream. The taste of the food still lingering my mouth . I will definitely come back again !
